At EIN National Filing, we are committed to providing professional, accurate, and timely EIN filing services. This Refund Policy explains the circumstances under which refunds are available, the process for requesting a refund, and important limitations and exclusions.

Service Commitment

If your EIN application is rejected by the IRS due to an error made by our service in processing or submitting your application, we will provide a full refund of the service fee you paid.

Refund Eligibility

You ARE Eligible for a Refund If:

  • ✓Your EIN application was rejected by the IRS due to an error in our processing or submission of your information
  • ✓We failed to submit your application to the IRS within the promised timeframe for reasons within our control
  • ✓You cancel your order within 24 hours of payment AND before we have submitted your application to the IRS
  • ✓We incorrectly processed your payment or charged you an incorrect amount

You ARE NOT Eligible for a Refund If:

  • ✗Your EIN application was rejected due to inaccurate, incomplete, or false information you provided
  • ✗The IRS rejects your application due to your business structure, eligibility, or IRS requirements
  • ✗Delays occur due to IRS processing times, government shutdowns, or circumstances beyond our control
  • ✗You request a refund after your EIN has been successfully issued by the IRS
  • ✗You simply change your mind about needing an EIN after we have submitted your application
  • ✗You already had an existing EIN and did not need a new one (this is your responsibility to verify)

How to Request a Refund

Step 1: Contact Us

Email us at support@einnationalfiling.com with:

  • • Your application ID or order number
  • • The email address used for your application
  • • A clear explanation of why you believe you are eligible for a refund
  • • Any supporting documentation (IRS rejection letter, etc.)

Step 2: Review Process

Our team will review your refund request within 3-5 business days. We may contact you for additional information or documentation to verify your eligibility.

Step 3: Refund Decision

You will receive an email notification with our decision. If approved:

  • • Full refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • • Processing time: 5-10 business days to appear in your account
  • • You will receive a confirmation email with refund details

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be offered at our discretion:

  • •If we miss the promised processing timeframe by more than 50% but ultimately deliver the service
  • •If there were errors in our service that required correction but did not result in IRS rejection
  • •If you downgrade from Express to Standard service before submission to the IRS

Note: The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your bank or credit card company's processing policies and may take additional time beyond our processing period.

Important Limitations

  • !Time Limit: Refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of your payment date
  • !One Refund Per Customer: Each customer is eligible for one refund per calendar year
  • !No Cash Refunds: All refunds are issued to the original payment method only
  • !IRS Responsibility: We are not responsible for IRS processing delays, errors, or decisions
  • !Customer Data Accuracy: You are solely responsible for the accuracy of all information provided

Chargebacks and Disputes

Important: Filing a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us may result in account suspension and legal action for fraudulent chargebacks.
